In 2020, I was one of the key people in charge of launching the IKEA Australia WeChat channel.


After its successful launch, I was then responsible for creating weekly long format organic content and paid media creatives and working with the agency China Social Solutions for translation and design.

 

Growing the channel to 8000+ followers within the first year, the organic article open rates were 40% higher than the industry benchmark going to show that our fans were highly interested in the content.​

Below is a snippet of a video I created to celebrate the first year on WeChat and to wish followers a Merry Christmas.
